Reporting an Issue

If you have a problem with an item, please follow these steps:

1. Stop Using the Item

   • If it’s unsafe, stop using it immediately.

2. Document the Issue

   • Take photos or videos of the problem and note what happened, including how the item was being used.

3. Contact Us

   • Email us at info@zcns.org. Include:
     • Your name and group.
     • The item name or reference number.
     • A description of the issue with photos/videos.

4. Return the Item

   • If it’s safe, return the item to the designated location. If not, let us know, and we’ll advise.
